Seeking capital investment of $1 Mil in exchange for (15%-30% Profit revenue Share).

The JV capital investment will be secured by the acquisition of commercial real estate with income producing businesses. Some sites may need a few months to start generating income, (3-6 months). The commercial capital investment can be returned 7-10 years per commercial project or investor partner can continue as a revenue sharing equity JV partner. The capital investor revenue profit is between 15-30%, based on initial investment.
